Experienced Small Engine & Equipment Repair Technician Needed

Bryant's Tractor and Mower in Renton is hiring a Repair Technician for our busy shop. We need a reliable mechanic to diagnose, service, and repair outdoor power equipment. You will work on lawnmowers, tractors, handheld power tools, and/or commercial turf equipment.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose mechanical faults in various small engines.

Repair and service tractors, mowers, and handheld equipment.
Perform routine maintenance like oil changes and blade sharpening.
Troubleshoot electrical systems.
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
Interact with customers over the phone and occasionally otc to explain repair estimates.
Take accurate notes of repair needs and use a computer to enter all information into work orders.
Use multiple manufacturer parts look up systems to create parts lists for estimates.
Print pick tickets and navigate the parts area to collect needed stocked parts.

Requirements:

Proven experience in small engine repair. Strong knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines. Ability to work on your own and as a team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
