We are looking for an experienced Solar Installer to join our team in the Los Angeles area. If you take pride in quality work, have experience with solar and battery installations, and enjoy working with a professional team, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Install residential solar PV systems
Install battery storage systems including Tesla Powerwall and FranklinWH
Perform service upgrades, electrical work, and equipment installations as needed
Read and follow plans and electrical diagrams
Ensure all work meets NEC, local code, and company quality standards
Work safely and professionally on rooftops and job sites
Communicate effectively with homeowners and fellow team members
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of residential solar installation experience
Experience installing battery backup systems (Tesla Powerwall, FranklinWH preferred)
Knowledge of electrical systems and solar installation best practices
Comfortable working on roofs and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Valid driver's license with reliable personal transportation
Must be dependable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team
OSHA certifications are a plus
NABCEP certification is a plus, but not required
