Experienced St. Louis Kitchen Remodeler – Consistent Projects

LS Renovations is a remodeling sales company expanding in the St. Louis area. We are looking for an experienced kitchen remodeler/contractor to handle homeowner appointments and complete projects once sold.

You will receive scheduled homeowner appointments through our custom CRM. Inside the CRM, you will see the appointment details, homeowner information, project notes, and everything needed for the visit.

At the appointment, you will inspect the project, take measurements, discuss the scope with the homeowner, and build the estimate directly inside our custom CRM. Pricing needs to be completed the same day so the proposal can move forward quickly.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of kitchen/remodeling experience
• Works solo, with helpers, or has their own crew
• Can handle full kitchen remodels from start to finish
• Can calculate and enter pricing into our CRM the same day
• Can price kitchen remodels competitively and accurately
• Communicates well with homeowners
• Shows up on time and is reliable
• Has their own tools and reliable transportation
• Is comfortable using a simple CRM on their phone or tablet

This is ongoing subcontractor work, not hourly employment. Pay is per project.
