Stone Masters Inc. is hiring an experienced countertop installer and/or fabricator. We fabricate and install granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, soapstone, and other premium countertop materials.

We handle everything in-house—from digital template through fabrication and installation.

This is not an entry-level position. 3+ years of professional stone countertop fabrication or installation experience is preferred. Candidates without countertop experience will not be considered.

Pay & Schedule
$28–$35/hour, based on experience and ability

Full-time, year-round work

Monday–Friday

Shop hours typically 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Install crews leave around 7:30 AM and finish when scheduled installs are completed

What You'll Do

Install granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and soapstone countertops

Set tops, complete seams, install sinks, and make field adjustments

Cut, grind, polish, finish, and repair stone

Fabricate in the shop as needed

Load, carry, and safely set countertop pieces with a team

Maintain clean trucks, tools, shop areas, and customer job sites

Do the work right the first time—no shortcuts

What We're Looking For

Professional stone countertop installation and/or fabrication experience

Knowledge of seams, polishing, field adjustments, and installation

Reliable attendance and transportation to our Kennett Square shop

Able to safely lift and carry heavy material with a team

Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail

Honest, dependable, and able to solve problems

Natural stone experience strongly preferred
