Experienced Stucco Applicator/ Working Lead- Travel Required

We’re a plaster and masonry restoration company looking for an experienced stucco professional who can take the lead on site, work independently, and help guide our crew.

We’re based in Central Florida and work throughout Florida and the Southeast.
THE ABILITY TO TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.

Stucco experience is a must. Experience with traditional plaster, brickwork, repointing, or masonry restoration is a bonus.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience applying and repairing stucco, including matching existing textures and finishes.
• Can organize daily work, guide laborers, and keep projects moving without constant supervision.
• Is dependable, communicates well, and takes pride in their work.
• Has reliable transportation and is available to travel for projects throughout Florida and the Southeast.
• Can meet applicable jobsite background-screening and employment-verification requirements, including E-Verify where required.

We’re a team, and everyone pitches in. This is a hands-on working lead position for someone who is comfortable taking charge but also willing to help with preparation, mixing, cleanup, and supporting laborers whenever needed.

The position will begin with part-time work, with the opportunity to grow into full-time work as scheduling and workload allow. Pay will be based on experience and skill level.
