Experienced Tailor Needed – Well established tailor shop – Small business with long time employees – Family environment

THE COMPANY:

We offer an exceptionally high level of care for our customers garments. We have been recognized numerous times for being a one-of-a-kind tailor shop experience. We have a well-respected staff and pay a lot of attention to detail in all aspects.

THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Full Time Tailor at our Midtown Manhattan location

• Must have 5 to 10+ years of experience in tailoring
• Must have basic knowledge and understanding of how to operate sewing machinery and troubleshoot.
• Must be able to prep work for other tailors
• Must be able to do fittings for varies garment types (dresses, suits, jeans, shirts etc.)
• Hourly pay rate: Based on experience and ability to work independently

THE LOCATION:

We are looking to fill the position of a Tailor in our red bank New York tailor shop. Ability to commute to New Jersey location to work during busy seasons is a plus.

• Manhattan: Conveniently located near all major forms of public transportation: Port authority Bus terminal, Time Square station, Penn Station, Grand Central, Bryant Park Station.
