Experienced Termite Technician

California Termite is a growing, family-owned termite company looking for an experienced Branch 3 Applicator to join our team.
We're looking for someone who enjoys doing quality work, takes pride in helping customers, and wants to grow with a company that values honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Current Branch 3 Applicator License (required)
Experience performing drywood and subterranean termite treatments
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders
Reliable, organized, and professional
Must live in North County San Diego

What You'll Do

Perform local termite treatments
Complete borate treatments
Perform subterranean termite treatments
Minor wood repairs (a plus)
Maintain treatment equipment and company vehicle
Provide outstanding customer service

Opportunities for Growth

Although you'll be hired as a termite technician, you'll also receive training to perform termite inspections. We'll help you earn your Branch 3 Field Representative License, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills and responsibilities as the company grows.
