Dano’s Tile Installers is looking for experienced tile setters and established crews to join our growing company.

We have consistent, year-round residential remodeling work. You shouldn't have to chase work from job to job — we have the work, we're looking for the right people to do it.

PIECE-RATE PAY

Our primary opportunity is for experienced installers who prefer piece-rate pay and want their earning potential to reflect their skill and productivity.

Opportunities available for:

Individual installers

Established crews
Experienced subcontractors
HOURLY EMPLOYEE POSITIONS

Hourly positions are also available for installers who prefer employee benefits, including:

THE WORK

Projects include:

Custom showers & waterproofing

Floor tile & backsplashes
Large-format tile
Porcelain & natural stone
Decorative layouts & patterns
Kitchen & bathroom remodels
Higher-end residential remodeling
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3 years of professional tile installation experience.

We want tradesmen who:

Can work independently

Own their professional tools
Have reliable transportation
Show up on time and communicate well
Take pride in quality workmanship
Treat customers and their homes with respect
Keep a clean, professional jobsite

This is NOT an entry-level position. We're looking for experienced installers who already know their trade.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

Experience with drywall, framing, painting, cabinet installation, or general remodeling is a plus.
