Sonoran Tree Care is a locally owned, fast-growing tree care company serving Mesa and the entire Phoenix Metro area.

We're building a professional team and are looking for dependable people who take pride in their work and want to grow with the company.

📅 CURRENT SCHEDULE

This position starts part-time.

Most of our work is currently scheduled on Fridays and weekends, but as we continue adding residential, HOA, apartment, and commercial contracts, weekday work will become more frequent.

We're looking for people who want to grow with us as we continue expanding throughout the Valley.

🌳 EXPERIENCED TREE CLIMBER
Starting Pay

💰 $28/hour

💵 Higher pay based on experience, productivity, safety, and leadership.

Requirements

✅ Professional climbing experience

✅ Safe climbing & rigging

✅ Tree removals

✅ Structural pruning

✅ Chainsaw experience

✅ Palm trimming is a plus

✅ Bucket truck experience is a plus

✅ Reliable transportation

✅ Driver's license preferred

🌲 GROUND CREW / GROUNDSMAN
Starting Pay

💰 $20/hour

No climbing experience required, but tree service or landscaping experience is a plus.

We're looking for someone who:

✔️ Works hard

✔️ Shows up on time

✔️ Has a positive attitude

✔️ Wants to learn the tree industry

✔️ Can drag brush, run ropes, operate equipment, and assist the climber

✔️ Wants an opportunity to advance

As you gain experience, there will be opportunities for raises, additional responsibilities, and training.
