We want someone who knows how to work on a tree crew. You should be safety-conscious, productive, organized, and willing to work hard.
A good groundsman doesn’t just wait to be told what to do — they pay attention to the operation, keep the work area organized, and help the climber, operator, and rest of the crew work safely and efficiently.
Experience matters, but attitude, reliability, safety, and willingness to learn matter too.
