Experienced Tree Worker

Arbor Barber Tree Service is looking for an experienced tree worker to join our growing team in the Phoenix metro area.

We're a professional, fully insured tree service focused on quality workmanship, safety, and customer service. We're looking for someone with real tree industry experience who wants to be part of a dependable, hard-working crew.

Position

Full-Time
Monday–Friday
$20–28/hour
W-2 Employee
Overtime available during busy seasons
Responsibilities
Tree pruning and trimming
Tree removals
Rigging and rope work
Equipment operation
Driving a crew truck with trailer
Job site setup and cleanup
Working safely as part of a professional crew
Requirements
Previous tree service experience required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Comfortable driving a crew truck with trailer
Reliable transportation to work
Able to work outdoors in Arizona heat
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Positive attitude and safety-first mindset
Preferred Experience
Climbing experience
Aerial lift experience
Chainsaw operation
Rigging and advanced rope work
CDL is a plus but not required
ISA Certified Arborist is a plus but not required
