Experienced Turf Installer – Pool Deck Glue-Down, $1,000 Flat

EXPERIENCED turf installer wanted for one residential pool deck in Orlando. This is a glue-down job on concrete, not a lawn install. If you have not glued turf to concrete or pavers before, this is not the job for you.

Flat-rate contract, 2 to 3 days, start window Nov 5-12 (exact date confirmed a week ahead). Address given to the installer we hire.

THE JOB

• About 350 sq ft of Everlast Vidar turf installed as 4-inch strips between groups of 24x36 porcelain pavers - roughly 1,000 linear feet of strip
• 100% glue-down to existing concrete with SuperSeam Pro 444 urethane adhesive, water-rolled, sand-bag compression on seams
• Tape-and-glue seams only where unavoidable
• Cut your own strips from supplied turf sections (grain direction marked)
• Scrap and adhesive containers off site when done
• Return for pull-check and final inspection after 24-hour cure

WE SUPPLY

• All turf, adhesive, and seam tape, on site
• Written spec with layout drawing. Work is inspected against it: flat, no wrinkles, every edge bonded, no adhesive on turf or porcelain

YOU BRING

• Your own tools. We do not supply tools
• 6:30 AM start. Adhesive goes down on cool concrete; no glue in afternoon heat, no rain-day work
• W-9. General liability COI and workers' comp or exemption

PAY
$1,000 flat for the complete job, paid after the 24-hour cure and pull-check pass. No deposit.
