Experienced Upholsterer

Home interiors workroom specializing in high-end furniture upholstery and custom furniture. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled artisan to join our talented team. We are seeking an Experienced Upholsterer who takes immense pride in their craftsmanship. This is a role for someone who understands the nuances of fine furniture and has the technical skill to bring complex custom designs to life. You will work closely with our current team of upholsterers and custom furniture builders to ensure every piece that leaves our shop meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform full reupholstery on a wide variety of furniture pieces, from antiques to modern custom builds.
-Expertly handle diverse fabrics, including high-end velvets, leathers, and patterned textiles, ensuring perfect alignment and pattern matching.
-Manage structural repairs, including frame reinforcement, spring tying, and webbing.
-Execute precision cutting, sewing, and application of trims and finishes.
-Knowledge of upholstery tools, sewing machines, upholstery techniques

**Willing to train the right person, but experience preferred.
