Top Tier Dealer Services is looking for an experienced Vehicle Wrap Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in premium vehicle customization for dealerships, commercial fleets, and retail customers throughout Southern California.

If you take pride in producing clean, high-quality work and have experience installing vinyl wraps on cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and commercial fleets, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities

Install full and partial vehicle wraps
Install commercial fleet graphics and branding
Perform color change wraps
Install printed vinyl graphics and decals
Install chrome delete packages
Install gloss black panoramic roof wraps
Prepare vehicles for installation, including cleaning and surface preparation
Remove existing vinyl wraps without damaging paint
Ensure all installations meet Top Tier quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently while meeting production deadlines
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional wrap installation experience
Experience with major vinyl brands such as 3M, Avery Dennison, KPMF, Inozetek, Hexis, or similar
Ability to wrap complex curves, bumpers, mirrors, and recessed areas
Experience with commercial fleet graphics preferred
Strong attention to detail
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Skills
Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
Window tint installation
Graphic design or print production experience
Disassembly and reassembly of vehicle trim
Ceramic coating experience
