IMPORTANT
We are specifically seeking individuals with experience in one or more of the following:

Concrete spall repair

Warehouse floor joint repair
Joint re-cutting and saw cutting
Semi-rigid polyurea joint filling
Joint shaving and finishing
Industrial concrete repair
Warehouse floor maintenance
Applicants with direct experience performing warehouse joint rehabilitation will receive priority consideration.

Position Overview

Epoxy-King is performing a large warehouse floor joint rehabilitation project involving approximately 4,000 linear feet of forklift traffic joints.

This is not a standard labor position. We are looking for individuals who understand concrete repair, joint restoration, and industrial floor maintenance and who can produce high-quality finished work.

Primary Responsibilities

Remove failed joint filler and deteriorated material
Re-cut and restore existing control joints using dustless saw equipment
Perform concrete spall and slab edge repairs adjacent to joints
Install ASTM-compliant backer rod
Operate or assist with semi-rigid polyurea joint filler pumps
Fill warehouse floor joints with semi-rigid polyurea materials
Shave cured material flush using 8-inch razor scrapers and joint shaving tools
Inspect completed repairs for proper joint profile and finish
Operate HEPA vacuum and dust-control equipment
Assist with material handling, setup, and cleanup
Maintain safe working conditions and quality workmanship throughout the project
Preferred Experience
Strong preference given to candidates with experience in:

Semi-rigid polyurea joint fillers

Warehouse floor maintenance
Concrete repair and restoration
Industrial flooring systems
Epoxy or polyaspartic flooring
Concrete saw cutting
Concrete patching and edge repair
Forklift traffic joint repair
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 75 pounds
Work on hands and knees for extended periods
Stand and walk throughout the workday
Work safely in an industrial environment
Wear required PPE including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and respirators when necessary
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has previously repaired warehouse joints, performed concrete spall repairs, operated saw-cutting equipment, and worked with semi-rigid polyurea materials. We are looking for individuals who can contribute immediately with minimal training and help deliver a professional, long-lasting repair system.
