Experienced Watch Maker for Busy Boca Raton Retail Store

Watchmaker Wanted – Luxury Jewelry & Watch Boutique (Boca Raton)
Our well-established luxury jewelry and watch boutique in Boca Raton, is seeking an experienced Watchmaker to join our team.

We work with fine and luxury timepieces — Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Omega, and other prestigious brands — servicing both our retail clientele and estate/pre-owned inventory. If you take pride in precision work and want to be part of a respected, growing boutique, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Service, repair, and overhaul mechanical and quartz movements

Perform battery replacements, band sizing, crystal replacement, and water resistance testing
Inspect and evaluate incoming pre-owned/estate watches for condition and authenticity
Polish and refinish cases and bracelets as needed
Maintain accurate repair records and communicate timelines to management

Qualifications:

Certified watchmaker

Experience servicing luxury Swiss brands
Strong attention to detail and a steady hand
Ability to work independently and manage a repair queue
Prior experience in a retail jewelry or watch boutique a plus
