Experienced Welder / Sheet Metal Fabricator – Commercial HVAC Shop

TCK Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for a dependable welder/fabricator to join our Phoenix sheet metal shop. We build commercial HVAC ductwork, fittings, hoods and other metal products. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, shows up reliably, and works well with a team.

Duties include:

Welding and fabricating sheet metal components for commercial HVAC ductwork

Fitting, tacking, and joining parts to match drawings and job requirements

Measuring and checking finished work for accuracy

Using shop equipment safely and keeping the work area clean

Helping with related sheet metal shop work as needed

Qualifications:

Welding experience required; sheet metal or HVAC ductwork experience preferred. Aptitude will need to be demonstrated.

Experience welding thin-gauge sheet metal preferred

MIG and/or TIG experience is a plus

Able to read a tape measure and follow drawings or instructions

Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team

Able to lift and handle sheet metal and fabricated ductwork

Pay: $25 - $26 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time
