Mountain West Windows and Doors is looking for an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer to join our team in Sandy, Utah!
If you know your way around window and door installations, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and enjoy leading a crew to get the job done right, this could be the opportunity for you!

Hands-on window and door installation experience is REQUIRED. We're looking for someone who brings solid installation skills, a strong work ethic, and the confidence to take the lead on the jobsite.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and work alongside an installation crew on residential and commercial projects.
• Remove, replace, and install windows, doors, hardware, trim, and accessories.
• Take accurate measurements and ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and complete quality finish carpentry.
• Communicate professionally with customers and keep projects moving smoothly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hands-on window and door installation experience is a MUST!
• Strong finish carpentry and construction skills.
• Experience leading an installation crew is a plus.
• Ability to read measurements, work orders, and installation instructions.
• Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record under company policy.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of installation work, with reasonable accommodations as required by law.
