Experienced Window Installers / Subcontractor Crews Needed

We are a growing window installation company seeking experienced subcontractors or installation crews for ongoing residential retrofit window projects throughout Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley.
This is a 1099 subcontractor opportunity — not an employee position.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience installing retrofit windows
Experience with nail fin installation is a strong plus
Experience working with coil and sill pan fabrication and installation is a strong plus
Experience installing entry doors is a strong plus
Ability to work with drywall and stucco preferred

Must provide your own:

Tools and equipment
Reliable truck/transportation
General liability insurance (required)
Strong attention to detail and clean workmanship
Ability to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
