Timber Build Inc. is hiring an Experienced Woodworker for our shop in Lilburn, GA.
We manufacture architectural wood components and custom millwork products used in residential and commercial projects across the United States. Our products include wood brackets, knee braces, corbels, gable brackets, rafter tails, mantels, shutters, columns, mailbox posts, pergola components, and other custom architectural timber products.

Important Before Applying
This position is for an experienced woodworker.
Applicants should already have hands-on experience in woodworking, millwork, cabinet shop work, wood manufacturing, carpentry, or professional wood construction.
Daily Commute Requirement
This is an in-person shop position located in Lilburn, GA.
The workday starts early, typically at 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
Please carefully consider your daily commute before applying. Candidates must have reliable transportation and must be able to arrive on time every workday. Distance from Lilburn, traffic, long commute, or transportation problems should not interfere with attendance or punctuality.

Our products are handcrafted and produced using woodworking machinery, including table saws, jointers, planers, band saws, CNC routers, sanding machines, and other shop equipment.
Please make sure your resume clearly shows where you gained your woodworking, millwork, cabinet shop, carpentry, wood manufacturing, or professional wood construction experience.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Cutting, shaping, sanding, assembling, and preparing wood products
- Operating woodworking machinery safely and accurately
- Working with table saws, jointers, planers, band saws, sanding equipment, and other shop tools
- Reading tape measures, work orders, and production instructions
- Working with solid wood and engineered wood materials
- Producing architectural millwork and timber products
- Helping maintain product quality and consistency
- Following shop procedures, safety rules, and production standards
- Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Working as part of a team in a production shop environment
Requirements
- Prior hands-on woodworking, cabinet shop, millwork, carpentry, wood production, or professional wood construction experience required
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to work Monday through Friday
- Ability to start work at 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM
- Reliable transportation to Lilburn, GA
- Strong work ethic and good attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Teamwork, common sense, and a positive attitude
- Must maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Background check required
Pay
Pay range is $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, machine experience, production ability, and prior professional woodworking or wood construction experience.
Candidates with limited or partially related experience may be considered at a lower starting rate.
Higher pay may be available for candidates with strong, proven woodworking, millwork, cabinet shop, production-shop, or professional wood construction experience.
Potential pay increases are based on performance, productivity, attendance, safety, and skill development.
