Experienced WTR Technician – Water Damage Restoration

We are seeking an experienced Water Restoration Technician (WTR Certified Preferred) to join our growing restoration team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in water mitigation, emergency response, demolition, drying equipment setup, and customer communication.

Responsibilities:

Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies
Perform water extraction, demolition, and cleanup services
Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filtration
Take moisture readings and document drying progress
Build containments and follow proper mitigation procedures
Maintain accurate job documentation and photos
Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance representatives
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of water mitigation/restoration experience REQUIRED
WTR Certification preferred
Experience with moisture meters, drying logs, and mitigation equipment
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Ability to work after-hours and emergency on-call rotations
Strong work ethic and team mentality

Preferred Experience:

Mold remediation experience
Demo and reconstruction knowledge
restoration software familiarity
Experience working with insurance claims
