Flooring Installers – Independent Subcontractors

Artisan Custom Hardwoods – Craftsmanship. No Compromise.
We are a flooring subcontractor based in Golden, CO. We work with builders, general contractors, and homeowners. We need a couple of experienced independent crews for steady work in the Denver area / along the Front Range & Foothills.
As we grow, there is potential for long‑term employment opportunity for the right person(s) if we both decide that makes sense.
WORK WE NEED:
Hardwood install & refinish (raw, pre-finished, engineered), sand, stain and finish
LVP / LVT install
Stairs (treads and risers), baseboards
Bonus skills (not required): carpet, tile, epoxy or special coatings (let us know if you do any of these as well)
REQUIREMENTS:
You have your own crew or company, with:
– Liability insurance (workers’ comp if you have employees)
– Your own tools and equipment (sanders, buffers, saws, etc.)
– References or Proof of experience & craftsmanship
You agree to:
– Wear Artisan Custom Hardwoods shirts on our jobsites
– Use our magnet signs on your vehicle while on our jobsites
– Leave every jobsite better than when we arrived
On every job you:
– Show up on time
– Communicate (text or call is OK)
– Keep the jobsite clean and leave it better than when you arrived
– If you see damage or anything strange, you stop, take photos, and tell the homeowner or GC before you keep working
You must review and agree to our standards of work and behavior before starting.
