Express Facility Management is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for a commercial property in North San Jose.
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on maintenance professional with experience handling a variety of building repairs and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include:

General building and handyman repairs

Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
HVAC filter changes, inspections, and basic troubleshooting
Doors, locks, hardware, lighting and fixture repairs
Drywall, patching, painting and minor carpentry
Preventive maintenance and property inspections
Completing assigned work orders and documenting completed work
Identifying maintenance issues and reporting larger repairs when needed

Qualifications:
2+ years of maintenance, handyman, building maintenance, or similar experience preferred
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and building repairs
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks
Basic smartphone/computer skills for work orders
Reliable and professional

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
