Location: San Diego County | Pay: $20/hr training wage -> $22/hr + Tips. Regular pay increases as you gain experience and expanded responsibilities.

We’re a San Diego window cleaning company looking to add to our growing crew. More than just windows, we also power wash driveways, clean rooftops, clean gutters, and restore shine to homes and businesses across San Diego. It’s physical, skill-based work that takes teamwork, attention to detail, and a bit of grit.

Compensation
-$20/hour training wage during your 2-week onboarding
-$22/hour after 2 week training period
-Uniforms provided
-Opportunities for advancement

What You’ll Do:
-Clean residential and commercial windows
-Use ladders, water-fed poles, and pressure washing equipment
-Clean rooftops, solar panels, gutters, and hardscape
-Troubleshoot tricky access points and odd jobs (every property is a little different)
-Work solo and as a team
-Communicate clearly with your team to get the job done right
-Interact with customers in a friendly, respectful manner to represent our brand well

-You’re comfortable with heights and don’t mind getting dirty
-You like working with your hands and solving problems
-You’re reliable, respectful, and team-oriented
-You enjoy working in different types of environments, from suburban homes to coastal properties and urban storefronts
-You have strong attention to detail and care about quality work
-You’re quick to learn — and you’re always looking for ways to improve
-You're physically healthy, and able to work hard

No experience? No problem. We train for skill and hire for attitude. If you have prior experience, that's great!
