Exterior cleaning Technician

MCPW is looking for ambitious person who's familiar with soft wash/pressure washing work for growing commercial/ residential properties in the Metro New Orleans area.This is a W 2 employee position that starts part time and has a rapid path to full time as production increases.We will provide training with hands on coaching must be familiar with operating cleaning equipment and specialized machinery.We are looking for someone who is dependable, communicates well, takes pride in their work and able to work on their own.Must have a valid La, driver's license as you made need to operate a company truck and trailer.
Your duties will include cleaning sidewalks, dumpster areas, patios, pool areas and driveways.Residential soft washing of homes and buildings that may require communicating with customers and taking before and after pictures.
