Benchmark Restoration & Construction is seeking dependable and hardworking team members for commercial painting, waterproofing, and concrete restoration projects throughout the South Florida tri-county area.

Our projects include:

• High-rise condominium buildings
• Commercial office buildings
• Hotels and resorts
• Industrial facilities
• Parking garages
• Residential communities and HOA properties
• Government and municipal projects

Current projects are located throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

Positions Available

**Commercial Laborers / Helpers**

• Starting pay: **$17.00 per hour**
• Construction or painting experience preferred but not required
• Will assist with masking, protection, surface preparation, cleanup, material handling, and general labor duties

**Experienced Commercial Painters**

• Starting pay: **$22.00 per hour**
• Must have experience with commercial and high-rise painting projects
• Experience with brush, roll, spray applications, coatings, waterproofing systems, and surface preparation preferred

**Foremen / Crew Leaders**

• Starting pay: **$25.00+ per hour depending on experience**
• Ability to supervise crews, coordinate work activities, maintain production schedules, and communicate with project managers and clients

### Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to report to job sites throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in South Florida conditions
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Experience working on high-rise projects is a plus
• Ability to pass jobsite safety requirements
