Exterior Painter – Apartment Renovations (Anaheim)

Humanitas Staffing is currently hiring Exterior Painters for apartment renovation projects throughout Southern California. We are seeking dependable candidates with residential or commercial painting experience who are looking for steady work and long-term opportunities.

Pay:

DOE range from $20 to $24/hr

Schedule:

Full Time
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Duties:

Perform paint prep, brush, and roller work
Assist with exterior and interior painting projects
Use spray guns/airless sprayer systems (preferred but not required)
Work safely on ladders when needed
Follow direction from Foremen and Supervisors
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow company safety policies and procedures
Work professionally with coworkers, residents, and management
Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous exterior or interior painting experience preferred
MUST HAVE BASIC PAINTING TOOLS (brushes, rollers, buckets, pans, painter whites, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing, bending, walking, climbing stairs, and working physically throughout the day
Must be dependable and arrive to work on time
Overtime may be required as needed
Must be able to travel to different job sites throughout Southern California
