We're a residential exterior painting company covering the northwest suburbs (Schaumburg, Palatine, Barrington, Hoffman Estates, and surrounding towns), and we're looking to bring on a few more crews who can handle serious volume.

What we're offering:

Multiple jobs per week if your crew can handle the capacity

Pay per project - most of our current crews are averaging $60-65/hr per painter once the job is done

Consistent lead flow - we handle all the sales, marketing, and estimating, you handle the labor

Long-term relationship for crews that show up and do quality work

What we're looking for:

Experienced residential exterior repaint crews only (no interior, no commercial)

Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented - we're only working with the best

One requirement before we talk further: we need to see your work in person. If you have an active exterior job running this upcoming week anywhere in the NW suburbs, we'd like to stop by the job site, see your crew in action, and talk details on-site. If you can't show us an active job, we can't move forward right now.
