EmpireWorks Reconstruction is hiring Exterior Painting Sprayers to join our field teams working on large apartment communities, condominiums, and commercial buildings throughout the Chino and Inland Empire areas.

This is hands-on, outdoor work on occupied residential properties where teamwork, safety, and pride in quality work matter. We provide all tools and equipment, on-the-job training, and real opportunities to grow and move up within the company.

PAY & SCHEDULE
$22.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and role)
40 hours per week
Paid every Friday
Most jobs located in the Chino and Inland Empire areas

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Exterior painting and spraying on occupied residential properties
Outdoor work in a team environment
Using ladders, sprayers, and painting equipment
Following safety guidelines and supporting your crew

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Exterior painting or spraying experience preferred
Construction, painting, or general labor experience is a plus
Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
Able to lift 5-gallon paint buckets
OSHA 10 (plus)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation
Positive attitude & team mindset
