We are hiring an Exterior Service Technician to apply specialized roof restoration treatments that help extend the useful life of residential asphalt shingle roofs.

This is not traditional roofing. Our technicians use professional spray equipment to restore and protect existing roofs. There are no tear-offs or shingle installation.

What You Will Do

• Prepare residential roofs for treatment
• Apply roof restoration products using professional spray equipment
• Safely use ladders and work on residential roofs
• Protect landscaping and surrounding property
• Clean and maintain tools and application equipment
• Provide courteous and professional service to homeowners
• Follow company safety and application procedures

Related Experience

Applicants with experience in pressure washing, soft washing, exterior painting, roofing, gutters, landscaping, pest control, window cleaning, construction, property maintenance, or home improvement are encouraged to apply.

Previous roof restoration experience is not required. Paid training will be provided.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work on roofs
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a background check

This is a full-time hourly position with productivity-based bonus opportunities. Employees are rewarded for completing quality work safely, efficiently, and dependably.
