Exterior Wood & Stucco Technician

Humanitas Staffing is currently hiring Exterior Wood & Stucco Technicians for apartment renovation projects. We are looking for dependable candidates with exterior construction, carpentry, and stucco experience who are seeking full-time, long-term work opportunities.

Pay:

DOE range from $20 to $24/hr

Schedule:

Full Time
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Duties:

Perform exterior apartment remodeling and repair work involving wood and stucco
Work with a crew to complete projects safely and efficiently
Assist with exterior construction repairs and general labor tasks
Maintain quality workmanship and follow safety procedures
Meet daily with Foreman and crew regarding project priorities
Keep job sites clean and organized at all times
Follow direction from Superintendents, Foremen, and Management
Maintain professional communication with coworkers and residents
Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience with carpentry and stucco work required
Experience in other trades or crew leadership is a plus
MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS including power tools (Skilsaw, Sawzall, nail gun, cordless drill, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical labor throughout the day
Must be dependable and arrive to work on time
Overtime may be required as needed
Must be able to travel to different job sites daily throughout Southern California
