Exteriors Project Manager - Residential

Established exterior remodeling company is seeking an experienced Full-Time W-2 Project Manager to oversee residential roofing, siding, window, and door projects.
Salary: $70,000 per year
Responsibilities:

Manage residential exterior projects from start to finish

Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules
Conduct job site inspections and ensure quality workmanship
Communicate with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Maintain job site safety and company standards

Requirements:

Experience managing residential roofing, siding, window, and door projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Clean background check
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Reliable transportation
