Fabricator & Installer - Signage and Graphics

We are a premier, fast-growing sign and visual communications company located in Queens, NY, looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Signage Installer and Fabricator to join our team. This is a dual-role position where you will be responsible for bringing visual concepts to life in our production shop and safely executing flawless installations out in the field.

What You’ll Do:

Fabrication: Manufacture, Weld, assemble, and finish a wide variety of signs, including dimensional letters, lightboxes, vinyl graphics, banners, and architectural signage.
Installation: Safely and precisely install indoor and outdoor signage on various surfaces (brick, concrete, drywall, glass, etc.) using hand tools, power tools, and ladders or lifts when necessary.
Preparation & Maintenance: Weed, tape, and apply vinyl graphics to substrates. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
Customer Facing: Represent the Company brand professionally while on-site with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and answering basic project questions.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in signage manufacturing and installation (this is a hard requirement).
Driver's License: A valid, clean driver’s license is required to operate company installation vehicles. (this is a hard requirement).
Language Skills: Must be fluent in English. Spanish speaking is a major plus to help communicate with a broader range of clients and team members.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with shop tools (saws, drills, routers) and a solid understanding of different signage materials, substrates, and installation hardware.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work comfortably at heights.
