Fabricator & Welder

NYSFAB, INC. is a miscellaneous steel fabrication shop located on Jamaica Avenue in Queens, NY. We specialize in a wide range of projects for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) as well as architectural and custom metal fabrication projects.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Experienced Fabricator & Welder to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate and weld miscellaneous steel, staircases, railings, and custom metal products according to shop drawings.
Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, etc.
Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and welding specifications.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules.

Qualifications:

Experience with TIG and MIG welding.

Strong fabrication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to producing quality workmanship.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Based on skills and experience.
