WE'RE LOOKING FOR A WORKING SHOP FOREMAN

Enviro-Equipment, Inc. is a family-owned environmental equipment company that has been in business for more than 30 years. We design and manufacture custom environmental remediation and groundwater treatment systems at our facility in Pineville, NC.

We are looking for an experienced Fabricator / Welder / Shop Foreman who can work with their hands, lead by example, and help keep our shop organized, productive, and moving forward.

This is not a desk-only supervisor position.

The right person will be expected to work alongside our tradesmen while helping coordinate daily shop activities, maintain quality standards, and make sure projects are being completed correctly and efficiently.

We manufacture custom environmental cleanup and remediation systems on steel skids, trailers, and inside shipping containers. Every project is different, so this is not repetitive assembly-line production.

One day you may be laying out and fabricating a skid. The next you may be welding structural components, helping install equipment, solving a fabrication problem, coordinating work with electricians and plumbers, or organizing the next phase of a system build.

We will train the right qualified candidate on our specific equipment and manufacturing processes.
