Precision Fabshop & Steel Solutions, L.L.C. is a growing steel fabrication company located in the Georgetown / Hutto area. We service projects throughout Central Texas, with work ranging from Dallas to Houston.

We are currently hiring for multiple positions depending on experience level. We are open to hiring an experienced fabricator/welder, a welder helper, or someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn and grow.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the steel fabrication trade or for an experienced fabricator who wants to be part of a growing company with possibilities to move up and grow from within.

Our work includes structural steel fabrication, custom handrails, stairs, brackets, gates, miscellaneous metals, shop fabrication, and installation work.

Job duties may include:

Cutting, grinding, and prepping steel

Fitting and welding steel components
Reading tape measures and basic layouts
Drilling, material handling, and shop support
Loading and unloading materials
Keeping the shop organized
Assisting with installs when needed
Working with hand tools and fabrication equipment

Starting pay depends on experience:

Welder Helper: Starting at $15.00/hr

Experienced Welder / Fabricator: Starting up to $25.00/hr depending on skill level and experience

Requirements:

Must be reliable and show up on time

Must have transportation to and from work
Must be willing to work in a shop environment
Must be able to read a tape measure
Must be willing to cut, grind, prep, weld, and help where needed
Welding and fabrication experience is preferred but not required for helper positions
Must have a good attitude and be willing to learn
