We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the physical upkeep and operational readiness of our theaters. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who takes pride in maintaining a safe, high-quality environment for our guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• Basic Plumbing and Electrical (220v) knowledge.
• Must provide your own tools.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable climbing tall ladders.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Basic Duties:

• Painting, Drywall, and Spackling.
• Light Plumbing and Electrical.
• Lighting and Wall Fixture maintenance.
• Floor cleaning and general upkeep.
• Driving U-Haul/Large trucks as needed.
• Troubleshooting minor equipment malfunctions.
• Maintaining digital work orders and logs.
• Roughly 32 hours per week.
