Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing outstanding service to our communities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong building systems knowledge, attention to detail, quality communication skills, and a genuine desire to help maintain safe and attractive properties for our residents.
Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- HVAC maintenance and diagnostics
- Appliance installation and troubleshooting
- Painting and general carpentry
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
