Facilities Maintenance Technician Wanted

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of our condominium community to work 25 hours a week on our beautiful lakefront property.
Key Responsibilities:
-mow lawn - edge - trim hedges - gardening - trim trees - plant seasonal plants
-remove lake debris & keep lakefront clean
-clean docks
-clean pool & pool deck
-maintain pool pump, lake pump, & sewage pump
-change out light bulbs and electrical outlets
-clean & mop hallway floors, wipe down windows, ceilings & walls
-clean garbage cans and garbage area
-repair carport awnings
-daily walk about the property and pick up trash & identify maintenance issues
-clean and repair pavers & clean and repaint hallway
-maintain & repair irrigation/perform drainage work
-repair exterior of building, railings, & doors
-assist with safety and compliance requirements
AND MORE
Qualifications:
Experience in facilities maintenance or similar work
Valid Florida Pool Operator Certificate license within 60 days of hiring
Preferred:
OSHA training or similar safety knowledge
