Required Experience and Knowledge:

1 Year related work experience
Strong Communication Skills
Must have good driving record
Good problem solver
Strong knowledge of Hand tools
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions, work alone or with team.
Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs.These tasks include, but are not limited to:
*General Maintenance
*Painting
*Facilities Maintenance
*Grounds Maintenance
