Facilities Technician Wanted

25 hours a week, $30/hour. Monday through Friday, 9am - 2pm, plus earned Paid Time Off (PTO)

We are seeking a reliable Facilities Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of our condominium community on beautiful Lake Maitland. This role involves general building maintenance, pool and grounds care, and light repair work. We are a 38 unit condominium complex. We have 2 buildings and less than .5 acres of grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain pool: ensuring safety and cleanliness, etc.
-Maintain grounds: mow, trim, edge, weed wack, & garden, irrigation, & drainage, etc.
-Maintain parking lot: asphalt, carport canopies, poles, signs, walls, etc.
-Maintain buildings, stairwells, walkways, & docks; exterior stucco painted walls, concrete and iron railings, painted concrete, pavers, chatachoochee river rock, and travertine concrete
- Conduct minor electrical tasks (e.g., changing light plugs)
-Assist with safety and compliance requirements
-Daily morning walk through and cleaning
Qualifications:
Experience in facilities maintenance or similar work
Valid Florida Pool Operator Certificate license within 60 days of hiring
Background check required
Preferred:
OSHA training or similar safety knowledge
