FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECH – FULL\-TIME OR PART\-TIME

Responsibilities include:

• General building and property maintenance
• Interior and exterior painting
• Minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• Basic carpentry and repair work
• Cleaning and organizing work areas
• Snow removal and plowing
• Minor landscaping and property upkeep
• Assisting with other maintenance projects as needed

Qualifications:

• General maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently
• Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical work and safely lift and carry materials
• Snowplowing experience is helpful
• Must have a strong work ethic and take pride in keeping the property clean and well maintained
