Facility Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to support daily operations at our automotive dealership. This role is a hands-on position focused on maintaining dealership building and site facilities, service bays, showroom, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational environment for staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance & repairs on dealership facilities including offices, restrooms, service bays, showrooms, warehouse, and exterior lighting
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, panels, wiring, motors, lifts, compressors, and shop equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with general facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC coordination, doors, lighting, and minor building repairs
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and dealership standards
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues during business hours or as required
• Maintain maintenance logs and service records

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven maintenance experience with a strong electrical background
• Electrical certification, trade qualification, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive dealerships, workshops, or industrial environments is an advantage
• Knowledge of three-phase power, motors, control circuits, and shop equipment would be a plus.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and use diagnostic tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
