Facility Maintenance Technician for a Medical Manufacturing Company

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain interior of building – perform routine HVAC maintenance, flooring, plumbing, painting, patching and miscellaneous maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
• Maintain exterior of building – overseeing lawn care, sidewalk maintenance, parking lot maintenance, painting, and power washing.
• Maintains lighting fixtures, performing bulb changes, and updating fixtures as needed.
• Maintains plumbing performing routine sink, faucet, toilet, and urinal repairs.
• Keep records of maintenance or service following established procedures.
• Run local errands as needed.
• Maintain a professional interaction with vendors and staff.
• Review operational integrity of building equipment.
• Monitor availability of housekeeping/janitorial supplies.
• Recommends process improvement and/or changes to supervisor / management relative to maintenance, housekeeping, lawn care, safety, and energy.
• Adheres to maintenance and safety standards and specifications.
• Use basic Microsoft and Helpdesk software programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum five (5) years experience in light plumbing, light electrical work, repairs, building maintenance.
• Must have valid driver's license.
