FBT Tile & Remodeling is looking for experienced, dependable craftsmen to join our residential remodeling team in Northern Virginia.

We are currently seeking:

• Carpenters
• Lead Carpenters
• Tile Installers

Our work is focused primarily on high-quality interior remodeling, including bathrooms, kitchens, and other finished living spaces.

• Strong carpentry, tile installation, or finish-work skills
• The ability to read plans, follow project specifications, and solve problems in the field
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Lead Carpenter candidates should also have:**

• Experience managing residential remodeling projects
• The ability to coordinate daily jobsite activities and subcontractors
• Strong communication skills with clients, project managers, and team members
• A working knowledge of multiple remodeling trades
• The ability to maintain quality, organization, and progress throughout the project
