Fence Installer / Crew Leader - $21-$25/hr

Blue Dino Fencing is a locally owned, quality‑first fence company serving the Pittsburgh area. We build fences the right way, the first time. We do not cut corners and take pride in building strong fences. We're looking for an experienced fence installer / crew leader to join our crew on a part‑time basis.

Experienced Fence Installer / Crew Leader
-Proven fence installation experience required
-The right person can increase their rate with demonstrated skill, leadership, and knowledge of the craft.

What You'll Do:
-Lead fence installation projects (wood, chain‑link, decorative metal, vinyl)
-Work alongside the owner for the first few months to learn our process in building quality fences.
-Take ownership of the work. We take pride in what we build.
-Train and guide less experienced crew members.

What We're Looking For:
-Proven fence installation experience, and a willingness to change old fence habits where necessary to meet our standards.
-Can lead a crew.
-Takes pride in quality work. You care about details like straight lines, consistent reveals, tight cuts, etc., and building a fence that will last.
-Reliable transportation to job sites.
-Reliability is a must; if you say you'll be there, you show up ready to work.
-Physical able to lift, dig, work outside in all weather.
-Problem solver. Every job is unique, and you like the mental challenge each job requires.

Schedule:
-Part‑time. We cannot currently offer 40-50 hours/week. We could be running full time by next season, if you want that, and if you prove to be able to build and run a crew to our standards without supervision.
-Currently average 10-15 working days per month.
-Mostly Tues-Thurs, with occasional Mondays/Fridays
-Weather dependent
