Requirements:

• Reliable and willing to work outdoors
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in Florida heat
• Basic hand/power tool knowledge (or willingness to learn)
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Clean background check preferred

Responsibilities (Based on Experience)

• Install wood, vinyl, chain link, and aluminum fencing
• Set posts, run string lines, build gates, and install hardware

• Load/unload materials and keep jobsites clean
• Follow work orders and site plans

• Work safely and protect customer property
• Communicate with crew leads and office staff

Experienced candidates may also:

• Lead crews and assign daily tasks
• Train newer installers

• Monitor quality, pacing, and material usage
• Communicate job progress/issues to the office
