In this role, you'll be part of the crew that brings a customer's new pool from excavation to a finished, ready-to-fill backyard feature.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and excavate pool sites to the precise dimensions and depth required for fiberglass shell placement.
  • Assist with the safe delivery, positioning, and setting of fiberglass pool shells using cranes or trucks.

  • Coordinate with decking, coping, and equipment installation crews to keep the project on schedule.
  • Read and follow site plans, permits, and manufacturer installation specifications.
  • Operate and maintain construction equipment (excavators, skid steers, hand tools) safely and properly.
  • Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and other trades on-site as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in pool construction, excavation, construction labor, or a related trade preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Comfortable operating heavy equipment and hand tools; equipment certifications a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks (heavy lifting, digging, climbing, kneeling).
