Fiberglass/Composite Fabricator/Lead

NewWater Boatworks is seeking an individual to run our Fiberglass/Composites Shop. Experience required. We build the finest shallow water fishing boats in South Texas. This candidate will need to be prepared to set up this department and operate it in an efficient, profitable manner. There will be two assistants working under this person. Pay will be based on experience - if you are a leader and have the desire to manage your own department, please inquire. The company offers employer compensated health insurance, life insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, and paid sick leave. We work a four day week (Tuesday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.).
