Robishaw Painting & Remodeling — Northeast Ohio

Robishaw Painting & Remodeling is looking for an experienced, customer-friendly person to help manage incoming leads, visit job sites, and prepare estimates for residential and commercial work.

Our projects include painting, bathroom remodels, carpet and carpet tile, flooring, and other interior renovation work. You don’t need to know every trade. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in one or more areas, good judgment in the field, and the ability to learn how we estimate the rest.

Robishaw provides the leads. You’ll answer or return calls, learn what the customer needs, schedule walkthroughs, help prepare estimates, send proposals, and follow up. Some field visits and occasional jobsite support are part of the role.

What you’ll do

Answer and return calls from prospective customers

Gather project details and schedule site walkthroughs
Visit homes and commercial sites to measure, take photos, review conditions, and clarify scope
Help prepare estimates for painting, bathroom remodeling, carpet, carpet tile, and other flooring or interior renovation work
Send proposals and follow up with customers
Keep lead, estimate, and customer information organized
Provide occasional field support related to your experience
What we’re looking for

Hands-on experience in one or more construction or remodeling trades
Good communication, organization, and follow-through
Ability to assess site conditions and understand how labor and materials affect a job
Willingness to learn estimating for work outside your strongest trade
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and estimating software
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites in Northeast Ohio
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week to start. Additional hours may be available by agreement when workload increases.
Pay: $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
